Cocoa Cultivation & Farm Operations

We manage cocoa farm development activities including land preparation, planting, routine field maintenance, and crop monitoring. Our operations are structured to support consistent plant development and long-term farm productivity.

Harvesting & Post-Harvest Operations

Our post-harvest activities are organized around pod harvesting, bean extraction, fermentation, and drying processes. These operations are designed to support proper handling and prepare cocoa beans for downstream quality assessment and storage.

Quality Control & Bean Handling

We conduct basic quality assessment and handling procedures focused on moisture control, visual inspection, and proper bagging. These activities form the foundation for quality grading and standards alignment as operations scale.

Farmer Coordination & Field Support

We engage with participating farmers to coordinate farming activities, share agronomic guidance, and support alignment with agreed farming and post-harvest practices.

Aggregation & Storage Management

We coordinate cocoa aggregation and storage activities, including organized collection, inventory tracking, and storage condition management. These systems support traceability and efficient movement within the value chain.

Future Processing & Value Addition (Planned)

As part of our long-term operational roadmap, we plan to introduce cocoa processing activities, including primary processing and value addition, once production scale and operational readiness are achieved.
